Blindly marching into war = national stupidity. War is serious business. Tens of thousands of people could be killed including our military, women and children. Our global interests could be damaged if we do it recklessly and in the wrong manner for the wrong reasons, like Vietnam. We dont want to be hated and distrusted as a nation. We need to proceed cautiously. Saddam is not going to attack us. There is no present danger except perhaps if North Korea's leaders go nuts. If it weren't for oil we wouldn't even be in Iraq. And also this war will cost at least 100 billion bucks, all deficit financing, and probably keep us in Iraq for decades. Huge responsibility Bush seems to take lightly.
