Bush promised proof about WOMD and terrorist ties to Saddam and hasn't delivered anything yet. Why do I care? Why do 2/3 of Americans care per the poll last week? Because it's not too much to ask before we commit 100 billion bucks and thousands of lives, and kill tens of thousands of Iraqis as well. My guess is that such evidence never existed and may never exist, though I dont trust Saddam either. Who would? The point is can we trust the Bushies when they tell us one thing then cannot back it up? These are some of the same guys who were behind the phony energy crisis and Iran-Contra. Did you believe them then? if so you got duped. I'd rather hold out and ask questions. As Kerry says, Vietnam War started and kept going on the wrong track because leaders failed to ask questions. the cost, 55,000 American lives and decades of debt.
