That's a strange article! Do all of you out there have trouble getting 802.11b to work? I have no problem at all and I use a 2.4GHz wireless phone all the time here right next to my computer while I surf, as well as a microwave oven, with no problem that I can discern.

Now maybe it's the system? Mine is an Apple AirPort and I have 4 Macs on it.

Or maybe my neighbors don't use WiFi? I haven't asked.

I just don't have problems. It's kind of cool how Mac OSX just goes out and locates and enables printing to any printer in the house hooked to other computers over 802.11b - all by itself.
