Don your gas mask mask and shades. Lack of a cut will justified as part of the stimulus. No federal employee or contractor job cuts because the fed guv just keeps on spending.

And how can you have spending cuts if your going to fight a war?

These guys have almost got me to pining for Clinton. And you KNOW that's tough. :-)
