ah, the friggin POS FA website is down again. Somebody better tell those idiots to get into the twenty-first century already... problem should be fixed eventually, I presume, and I gather the entire crappy website should be relaunched with a new and better design in a month or so...but then, that's what they've been saying for several months... :0) In the meantime, you can order the book here: amazon.com (It is available by now, ignore the notion that it's not yet published.) tb@yup.com
