Why not at least consider a bouquet of those delicious yielding energy royalty trusts:0)

They pay more than Phillip Morris, with not nearly as much legal troubles, and no little currency risk.

What if cheapness comes on a sector by sector basis ?

Would you consider Argentina, Brazil, or Korea, which have already had their crash ?
