Please refer to my earlier post where I compared rankings of Cuba vs. Venezuela. The fact that some developers were able to put up some tall buildings does not impress me to a point where I'd say Latino nations have shared in a positive development of their nations. Again, many reasonable thinking people would call it sociao-economic rape. If America is gonna hold Castro to a standard, let's at least meet the same one ourselves.
