Courts of law have held that these people do not fall under the GC

You've got to be kidding me!

Oh YEAH? When did THAT happen? Or where? In a parallel universe?

Do tell, Mr Kohn. I am very VERY curious to hear about these imaginary courts who have, you believe, decided the prisoners in question are not POWs...

We don't disregard the GC, we read it differently.

Tell me your interpretation, then. Why is there still not a court convened to determine POW status or lack thereof of the prisoners? And why are they not enjoying POW status until such a court reaches a decision?

About the dollar, interesting BUT I still don't see how the US fairs worse than the other major currencies

Did you not read what I posted?

If you did not understand it all, here's a very short but absolute reason: Fed Governor said they will print money. That means lower USD. End of story.

I think the real estate bubble you are alluding to is minor if it exists at all

And I think you are living in a dream world - one where courts have already decided on POW status of prisoners, USD is not devalued, and there is no real-estate bubble...

Type "real estate bubble" in Google and read to your heart's content.

I believe that the dollar will bottom shortly if it hasn't already and will begin to turn itself around, but I'll admit that this may be wishful thinking on my part and not backed up by any technical or fundamental analysis that I can hang my hat on!

So, basically, you admit that you have no reason to "believe" that the USD will rise from here, but you still do.

OK then. Have a nice day.
