Hi Luc,

The percent of stocks trading over their 200 day ma has blasted up of a double bottom low.

The last time this blasted off from a double bottom was - lats see October of 1998.

That was a very good time to buy everything.

Had a nice launch with asetback into March and April and then resumed a very powerful climb.
