Bruce.

According to Yahoo in Aug. insiders announced plans to sell some 270000 shares of FWHT. What are the probabilities of them making a deal with trader/stock manipulator to move the price up so that they could unload their shares at a profit. The chart shows that right after the announcement was made the price started to drop. In early Oct. there was heavy selling (Not by insiders) down to $3.00. The stock then took a run to $8.00 with lots of buying between $6.00 and $7.00(I’ll bet selling by insiders). I’m always suspicious when more than one insider sells. Where else are they going to put their money?

Right now I’d guess that the public is buying, the pros are shorting and the insiders are waiting for a correction. Mind you its just a guess. I’m looking to short if it breaks $7.50 with a tight stop at $8.00
