Fastow has clammed up. I think the fix is in to keep Lay and Skilling from being put on the stand. But time will tell.

his friend and greatest campaign supporter....?

On the contrary, I expect that every effort will be made to
show Fastow as the villain, and Skilling and Lay honest and uninformed....
