You can vote on private sex if you want. I'll vote on performance. Everybody knew Clinton cheated going in and they still elected him twice. Congress had no business in Clinton's bedroom and it was a shameful time for our nation, both for Clinton and for the vicious sexual witch-hunters who couldn't dig up anything else on him.
