Did anyone know of the scam already in place in many of the 4,000 counties in the US where they charge 18% INTEREST ON OVERDUE PROPERTY TAXES?


I paid once plus 10% penalty.

Uh, MSI? In CA the gov't CAN'T confiscate your home for non-payment of taxes. Illegal. They have to wait till the home is sold at your death. And if your spouse survives you, they have to wait until he/she dies. THEN they get their cut.
