In Clinton's case it was an honest act, because he honestly DID IT! :^)

Is promoting and covering up a phony ripoff energy crisis dishonest? Is saying you hardly knew your #1 contributor Kenny Lay dishonest? Is telling us Saddam is a clear and present danger dishonest? I dunno. These are all big issues. Clinton's sex life was never anyone's business. That said, he should have waited until after his retirement to fool around. It was careless and showed a flaw in his character. One of the few flaws I might add.
