He denied a litigant her civil rights. He lied to law enforcement. He obstructed justice. He suborned perjury. That's why he was impeached. That's why a federal court for him guilty of obstruction and fined him. That's why he was disbarred.

He got off lucky. The statute of limitations for rape had expired.

Clinton was a dishonest serial rapist and sexual harasser.
