OK so we both think its a ripoff.....and Jr. did a helluva lot better in his rip than Clinton ever did.... Of course it's not new....and the public does not think it's OK, mostly they are simply in la-la land and don't realize or care that it happens.... We recently had it happen right here for a minor league stadium that "private investors" were to build...HA! When all was said and done the county sold bonds to pay for it with the promise of a share of the profits... Despite a season sellout, the county lost money this year....
