AJ -- the 11 week cycle (not 10) has proven to be flat out a miss this time around. If it was a high, we've already surpassed it (too fast) and the same as a low. If, however, we push it a week (which I have never done before) then it implies that the low we just set last week will not be broken for 3 weeks at least. It does NOT mean we have a multi week rally. Just that we will not breach the low (1327 on the naz) for 3 weeks, with this being week one.

While that certainly seems possible (and is likely in my current favored idea), it does mean the 11 week cycle mis-hit. This is a major problem with a weekly cycle -- plus or minus one week is an eternity -- and I have not had to move the week around since Sept 21, 2001. That said, the market behavior off the low last week is typical of an 11 week trend change, so maybe...just maybe... the days of market closure/half days skewed everything? Dunno. At the moment, I'm calling it a bust, but in the back of my mind I'm playing last week as the new anchor point, and am looking forward to 10 weeks after this week.
