Well.... Merq has executed well all along only having to lower guidance ever so slightly in Oct. 01 when they were forced to cancel their World Wide User conference. Sure.... they didn't grow like they would have in a better economic environment, but if they DOUBLED earnings over last year in the crummy spending environment we've had, think of what earning's power they will have in a good environment!... not to mention their biz model which encourages repeat biz.

It's not a surprise to me that they're going to see this much upside over estimates..... they do that consistently in the December quarter and they were already saying they would be HIRING this year.

Valuation was the problem with Merq.

The real test comes after the April quarter just like last year........... was the previous quarter just budget flush with some early year spending, or will it continue and build and how fast?.... not just with Merq but the entire tech sector.
