Bush has increased the U.S. public debt by $800 billion

since January 2001 so this $600 billion window dressing of his is being laughed off the table. It's basically smoke and mirrors and besides from tanking the dollar it won't do much. It's probably a very novel concept to morons like Bush and Greenspan but finding businessmen dumb enough to borrow capital and invest in unneeded capacity is actually far from easy.

Bush is just issuing more rubber checks comes on top of ballooning budget deficits; currently $50 billion per month.

U.S. dividends are so insignificant that the tax cut comes to a miniscule $20-30 billion per year. That is 0.25% of the market value of the stock market. So it's small stuff.

Bush is a serial killer of confidence at that is the important thing. So as before I recommend firing this incompetent and totally irresponsible joker.

The dollar is toast. The flight of capital from the U.S. will continue.
