>>I've saved literally hundreds of thousands of dollars on life insurance<<

Doubtful. Life insurance doesn't cost hundreds of thousands of dollars. I have $500K coverage for around $1K per year. My husband has over $600K coverage for less than that through his employment.

The beneficiaries are our kids - I don't think I'd be doing them any favors by not having it. Worst case, my husband and I died at the same time in an accident, between my coverage and his there would be enough to support them until they were grown up and put them through college as well.

>>$10 co-pay for a $40 dollar visit and such<<

I gather that you are too healthy to go to the doctor much, because an office visit is a lot more than $40 these days.

Which is great, but you never know when you'll be in a wreck or come down with cancer. Being slim and healthy won't keep you safe forever.

But don't worry, you can always file bankruptcy and make the rest of us carry you as a free rider. It's the American way (until the bankruptcy code is amended).
