Jess Lake Gold Deposit and Cobalt Hill Mackelcan Township a) As announced on December 30, 2002, drilling a conductor found by a VLF and magnetometer survey. The conductor starts 24 meters (75 feet) south of the Jess Lake Gold Deposit, extending south for 725 meters (2378 feet) south into Jones Lake. b) Drilling a coinciding VLF and magnetic conductor, 65 meters (213 feet) west of the nickel bearing sulfides and chalcopyrite, in pyrite rich quartz veins at Cobalt Hill, which is located 200 meters (656 feet) east of Jess Lake. c) To further explore the Jess Lake Gold Deposit, which presently extends to a depth of 270 meters (900 feet), by drilling an exploratory drill hole to a depth of 610 meters (2000) feet. 2. Rathbun Lake Occurrence, Rathbun Township To do a downhole geophysical probe of two drill holes in the vicinity of the Rathbun Lake Occurrence, to detect any substantial concentration of massive sulfides that may be present in the immediate area of the Rathbun Lake Occurrences, to a depth of 328 meters (2500) feet. The Rathbun Lake Occurrence is a small surface occurrence of massive sulfides. In 1999, Inco took representative grab samples from the Occurrence, with the following assays from 5 of the representative grab samples. << .248 matrix 0.257% pit, rathbun june 6.40% .0256 block .011 palladium meter nipissing 5. 24, 2.18% 0.536% gabro 5% occurrence oz .065 sulfides .007 .005 township, 1.massive 4. .86 rx307821 xral dump rock 1999 laboratories, .517 copper .451 0.72% square 0.66% .11% rx307814-rock rx307823-small lake platinum gold rx307815 ontario nickel type .049 .048 1.29% rx307822-one 2.96% 2.33% shaft .0057 .211 rx307820-rock 22.83% 2. 0.322% mills, anomaly assays, disseminated wanapitei .038 0.356% 1.89 per rx307816-rock (3) at - .201 .086 gabbro .486 don 0.321% 3.massive 20% sedimentary .020 ton 25% .075>> 3.
