I just joined Louis Navalier's newsletter and am starting to reinvest slowly. I did keep some cash on the sidelines on Bob Brinker's advice ( Moneytalk). I am thinking that I will take short term profits ( if I get any ) and consider that we are still in a bear market with a short,cyclical bull run. SUNW is still a killer!! I thought it was a bargain at 15.00...........ouch! Soy sauce is a secret ingredient that helps many marinades. I also put it in spaghetti sauce....but don't tell my Italian father-in-law who was a chef himself once. He says my Cioppino is the best ( soy sauce in that too ). The Soy Sauce is fabulous in lamb marinades and sometimes I use it for beef too. If you cook red game meat like venison it is killer !!! The curant jelly is a good idea. My husband, when young, ran a large prime rib restaurant in the Sacramento area and said that the trick is to use tons of salt on the meat.They served around 100 prime rib dinners every night. His advice worked!! We just had an EQ here................small but scary. It lasted several seconds.......all the dogs are barking. Pat
