Agent/broker warrants: No. of warrants: 150,000 Original expiry date: Jan. 18, 2003 New expiry date: Jan. 18, 2004 Exercise price: 28 cents These warrants were issued as a commission/finder's fee to Canaccord Capital Corp., pursuant to the private placement described above.
