Disagree on there not being a philosophic difference between Dems and Reps on Govt. efficiency. Practically speaking, however, neither can seem to make a difference. Agree totally on health care impending disasters. Overall (average) nursing skill in hospitals and nursing homes is falling precipitously. And costs are rising dramatically. Something has to give. The disappearance of the physician who knows a person's big picture is also extremely detrimental. If you go to hospital and don't have an advocate, you are in trouble. Just bought some SRZ today. I think it will be a good play.
