Indeed and even those alleged budget surpluses were unreasonable. They were essentially based upon extrapolations of figures that could only be described as "pie-in-the-friggin'-sky."

Clinton didn't do squat. Do you deny that he raised taxes? Do you deny he submitted a budget every year for 8 years? Do you deny that he convinced Congress to implement many parts of his economic plan? Your statment about not doing squat is hardly impressive.
