Hi Gerald, How ya been? I can not believe it's the dilution and someone with a large share count selling. We all knew about that dilution and I will not believe that the extra shares for Max would have any bearing on the price. The only 144 sales I could assume would be Coprofi and 2 million shares on the block would have brought the price down like a house of cards instantly. Someones books needs balancing, either way I thank them because I just increased my position by 150,000 shares. Love your posts, Doug
