Here is another theoretical question?

The Government spends/blows/loses/hands out X amount of tax dollars. In fact they spend every dime collected and then some. I sure don't see that fact changing? Do you?

So? If taxes will be reduced for high income payer and also for low income payers, How will it be accomplished? Assuming no reduced Government spending?

Or? Currently, If high income pays 90% of the tax revenues and low income pays 10% of the tax revenues, then what would be the effect of reducing the rate on people paying the 90%. Where is the shortfall difference going to be made up? The only segment left to tax is the one that was paying the 10%. And I don't think they have much more to give.
