Dak, I've read acres of stuff. I don't expect you to write anything. I responded to something you wrote to me. Thanks for pointers, which there are hordes of thanks. I'm not going hunting for a needle in a haystack, which will be blunt and bent when I find it. If you know so well, you could easily refute my argument. You can't. So you don't.
