Again, he is not definitive. Crap. I don't know what you want. When I watched the interview I found Powell to be honest, truthful, AND definitive. Nothing would satisfy you, because you are a liberal with blinders on.

The restart is referred to as in the present tense, meaning NOW. I'm not sure where you got the above: But what's happened now is we have discovered that they have started to move in another direction I take this to mean "what has happened now is that we have DISCOVERED they have started to move in another direction ..." -- i.e., just what it says. The discovery is NOW. What did we discover? He goes on to say: a program that they've been working on for the last four or five years, back to the previous administration. I think this statement is totally unambiguous as to when NK began violating the incompetent Clinton agreement. Again, are you calling Powell a liar?
