First of all, he is a loon. If he weren't the Defense Minister, he would be in jail for corruption.

Second, what he said is more or less true.

Third, even more looney than George Fernades is the Mush Head of Pakistan. When civilians ruled Pakistan, there was no war between them. 'nuf said.
