The site does give a higher net total to the S&L plus Iran-Contra investigations (Reagan/Bush) than to any other admins.... Still, because of it's lumping together of unnamed "investigations" with "charges", and it's unattributed halo effect wherein it claims people are "friends" of an administration, and then counts their problems too... the whole thing is a statistical mis-mash of the first order... without enough explanatory information to make heads or tails of ANY of the "conclusions".
