OT- THANKS! John for the input...It is interesting to me, as frankly, I hadn't thought of the campus and local politics of such decisions before. And I'm most sure that enters the situation many times. And yes, budgets always define things, don't they. But then again, some people will always talk for free, or nearly so, to get the attention and/or PR. That area of a campus of any kind would be a most interesting place in which to work. Wonder how Public Universities handle the problem/s? And who makes the decisions? Will do some investigating that this year....
