In the same manner, the Bush proposal will adversely impact state and municipal projects to upgrade the infrastructure across the nation.

Bush Affect may also further depress technology.
They dont pay dividends. Luckily for me, my family has a ton of Baby Bells so we win, but this only benefits maybe 10% of people in the country, mostly the wealthiest.
