Maybe this time, people will wake up. Totally agree about SDI....and the "possibility" of fighting 2 or 3 conflicts at the same time...although not many in the know will really discuss it, especially when one thinks how many places in the world we are called on to be at the same time. <fingers in too many waterleaks comes to mind....>
