Like telling Woodward that he despises the leader of a nation with which he just agreed to negotiate, after he said he would not, and after calling his country names, all to what end?

There has been no agreement to "negotiate". There has been a smart move on Bush's part to put the monkey on the back of NK. This (a) buys time to get the Iraqi conflict overwith and (b) will ultimately lead to international outrage at NK's actions. I recognize that the liberal media has attempted to paint this as a defeat for Bush, but that's just the media, who are totally anti-Bush anyway.
