Hi tyke, This is a huge topic and deserves greater minds than mine. The only thing I am confident in is that when yah got it all figured out it'll kick you in the balls. There is one thing I know for sure and that is that I don't know and I play it that way as best I can. It seems to work. Be careful. Cover all bases. I retired at 53 and have a pleasant life.
