Yeah. A good point that needs to be made is that this is not really a "stimulus" package in the sense of a quick fix - giving poor folks (God bless them), just a few bucks so they can go buy stuff. That ultimately will do very little. Bush is trying to make a real effort at boosting economic growth by allowing capital to flow where with will do the greatest good. Bush's plan is really just a little corrective work. In itself it cannot save the day. But over time it will help.
