The "news" is that the FFEIC ruled that credit card companies can jam late fees up, so long as their not deemed "abusive". No matter, they can charge fees all they want, you still can't get blood from a stone (and they will do NOTHING to repair the balance sheet damage dead ahead).

EDIT: Started an ACF short, 1/3 position at 8.50. A gift...
And I did catch the spike in Sears, got it at 26.80.

COF up for the same reason, it's a GREAT short entry right here.
