STEM Is up 24% after it announced earlier today that it has been granted a U.S.Patent with broad claims covering the transplantation of neural stem cells into the CNS and the peripheral nervous system including the spinal cord.

STEM has also recently been issued other patents for drug screening using human neural stem cell cultures and methods for producing neurospheres.

The shares opened on a good up-gap which has not been fully closed as the shares keep trading above its Dec.4-Dec.11-Dec.20 triple-top at the 1.30 level.

On a close above 1.50 STEM may get to test its August H at 2.09 or even its April H at 2.58.<g>
