Bob haven't read the article.... Where does a 100% come from are you talking a family of four? What about a single person..taxable income for 2002 is $600. for $6001.. bush raised the bracket to $7001. 10% savings.. or $60.

ps married with no children I do not see a tax change for incomes under $46,700 they remain at 15% bracket.
