Wayne, We disagree on Bush's motives, and I do think that Clinton did more good for America than any Republican has ever done. But he was definitely sneaky on the economic side. Fortunately, he had that pristine personal life to give him credibility. <VBG>

Bush, being a stupid moron could be harder to predict IMO (on the surface).
Who know what an idiot will do?
But.... Bush can be bought. Big time.
And he still wants to win the Cold War.
So...
The big clue is who bush listens to:
Big Oil
The Banks
Credit Card Companies
etc etc etc
Anyone rich enough to line his coffers
War Mongers like Rumsfeld

So in a way you can bet Bush will be stupid enough to trust the morons he associates with.

Now, let's consider clinton.
We all know Clinton is a liar, but I do not think he can be bought. He is too smart for that, yet not smart enough to tell the truth sometimes.
So....
Does this make him easier or harder to figure out.
But being tons smarter than Bush (can there really be any debate in this), figure Clinton to do either the right thing(or at least what he really perceives as being right) or what is in Clinton's best interest.

This is much harder to figure out than trying to figure out who owns Bush.

Therefore, protecting ones back from Clinton could be harder than Bush. Too many variables. Follow the cash and you know where Bush is. Clinton might just take the cash and do what he wants with it.
