Whatever.

GWB has to turn this economy around by the middle of '04 if he wants a chance at reelection.

Will IPPs make this easier or more difficult?

Can Dems tie the IPP industry to white-collar crime that wiped out the life savings of millions in '04?

We will soon find out.
