That's interesting alright. But your rational is flawed. Cisco book value less intangibles is about $4.48 right now. What's more is that Cisco is free cash flow positive. When you take the sum of the discounted future free cash flows, discounted at 9%, that adds another $4.29 of value. So the total value of the franchise equals around $8.77. If you honestly believe Cisco will trade below the sell off value of the fanchise, then I have to wonder where you are getting your information. :)

Darfot, However, CSCO's pe ralative to its previous high pe's signifies a higher potential. Imagine, if CSCo has a pe in the 60's with an ever increasing EPS.

Valueline has CSCO at $25 high and most of the time Valueline is conservative.
