Will Bush's monster deficits soon cause interest rates to rise? If this happens and real estate falls, what will support the Bush economy besides the weapons business? That is why I wont buy stocks until 2004. Dividend tax cuts wont make any difference if your stocks are falling. And that dividend money wont be available for corporate purchases. Bush should have given us a short-term consumer tax cut then admitted his estate tax cuts are too expensive. If he had done that the markets would have gone up. Instead, they sold on the Bush news.
