I think Taxifornia would say that the money was earned in CA and COUGH UP!

I'm not certain....I've heard that argument as well.

If someone has sold their business, and has physically moved out of state...then maybe that would make a difference?

i met a fellow in las vegas who works in the film industry...

he has two jobs...one in LA and one in vegas...

he also has homes in each state...he told me since his "primary residence" was in nevada he did not pay CA taxes...he may be wrong, but that's what he told me.
