Dale he has been saying it is 40% UNDERVALUED. I have the report in front of me. I am not questioning what you heard, all I know for sure is that Biggs thinks buying now will work out, in the long run.

He started to get bullish around late June I think

I bought a stock I researched AFTER CNBC did a story on it, said it was undervalued at $7.00/share, so I threw $700.00 at it, today it's worth about $5.00. total. if even that. SRMI. Swissray. I think it's delisted now.

I trust CNBC as far as I can see them, for that, and other reasons.

One thing I have learned in 20 years of doing this is - put yourself in your own shoes (?) - If YOU *KNEW* for sure a stock was undervalued and was going to go up, would YOU tell anyone else ? *I* never would, and I don't know anyone else that would.

Happily, I just stick to my Oils now.
