With large redundant servers to document and filter it all, there should be nothing that can move without it being known. The cost of monitoring is heading for near-zero. QUALCOMM has developed gpsOne for cyberphones and OmniTRACS for trucks. They have offered aircraft monitoring and demonstrated video surveillance using Globalstar. I hope to profit enormously and be made very secure. I'll only need to say "Panic call" and the ASIC installed in the bone behind my ear will send a signal from the gold wires under my scalp, up to Globalstar [Constellation2] or to a terrestrial network and my already recorded position will be sent to an emergency response company which will be no more than 30 seconds away usually, though rush hour could need skillful management. There would be competing emergency response businesses and I'd pay the first one there. When the ASICs are developed enough, if any terrorists started getting malevolent thoughts, the ASIC will be able to turn the person off until their behaviour and plans could be analysed by the authorities.
