Frank, I still have a possibility for another rise in the gen markets as well, but a minor one. If it does I'll probably just add to the dark side. Yes South America is a major issue imo. Every administration has more or less chosen to ignore it. When problems arise they then point the finger to Castro. It has been a festering sore for so long, it seems we should have been more active. About the only time we do much there is when there is a problem, or a chance to make some coin. I have a humanistic side as well, and I do believe many of our neighbors have a right to a better life than what they have been receiving. Well gotta go.
