Hey Darfot, yeah, John Shannon and I hashed all this out long ago. FCF is a well-defined term. We did not include cash inflows from sales of stock or options exercises. The FCF that I use is core cash flows arising from core operations. As far as buying back shares, that is actually a use of cash and decreases the value of the shares, if the cash they are using came from exercising of options. Anyway, that's it in a nutshell.
