Bush just loosened standards on Dolphin-Safe tuna. Allowing more dolphins to be killed by the greedy, lazy drift-netting boats who set on dolphins with planes and explosives to find tuna underneath.

What do you know about racism? You don't even admit that segregation exists.

BTW, In the Northeast and Midwest, African-Americans suffer from a higher income disparity with whites, than the South or West.
